Special Meeting - Sep. 11

The Chatham Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Chatham Township Community Center, 6306 Avon Lake Road, Spencer, Ohio 44275.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current conditions of the property located at 5216 Avon Lake Road, Litchfield, Medina County, Ohio 44253, which may constitute violations of Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87, concerning nuisance properties, and Ohio Revised Code Section 505.871, concerning junk motor vehicles. The property owner is encouraged to attend the meeting and will be provided an opportunity to propose solutions and corrective measures to address the identified violations.
