The Chatham Township Board of Trustees will hold a special public hearing on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Chatham Township Community Center located at 6306 Avon Lake Road, Spencer, Ohio 44275. The Trustees will convene to discuss two township properties found to be in violation of the Zoning Resolution. Pursuant to the Zoning Resolution adopted by the Trustees, the properties located at 6995 Richman Road, Spencer, Ohio and 5216 Avon Lake Road, Litchfield, Oh

Will be held on Saturday, October 25 - from 6pm to 7:30pm "Trunk or Treat" is in the Community Center parking lot at 6306 Avon Lake Road.
