Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Chatham Township Community Center located at 6306 Avon Lake Road, Spencer, OH 44275. The board will be considering an application submitted by Matthew Montgomery for a zoning variance under Article 4, Section 406, Minimum Front Yard Setback for property located at 10166 Garver Rd., Spencer, OH 44275 (parcel #004-09A-15-010).
